By accessing or using Dastudy, the user unreservedly accepts these TCU.

2. Service description

Dastudy offers :

  • Automatic generation of personalised training courses (text, images, illustrations)
  • An internal AI chatbot acting as an educational tutor
  • Chapter-by-chapter assessment stages
  • Generation of paid digital certificates

Dastudy reserves the right to modify or improve its services at any time.

3. Account creation

To access the services, the user must :

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Create a personal account
  • Keep your login details confidential

The user is responsible for all activity carried out via their account.

4. Subscription and payments

4.1 Freemium model

  • Unlimited access to courses is subject to a monthly subscription fee ($5 or current rate).

4.2 Certificates

The courses generated are intended for personal use.
Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written authorisation is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dastudy provides educational content for informational and educational purposes.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific professional success
  • The absolute accuracy of all AI-generated content

Users remain responsible for their use of the information provided.

8. Services for businesses

Companies using Dastudy to recycle or integrate candidates are responsible for:

  • Compliance with local labour regulations
