1. Service overview

Dastudy is a learning platform that builds personalized learning paths around your goal, profile, level and pace: illustrated lessons, an AI tutor called Tsaf, assessments, skills tracking, certificates, CV tools and job-offer analysis.

The service runs in a modern browser, on smartphone, tablet and computer, and can be installed as an app.

2. Operating company

The Dastudy service is operated by Digitsaf LLC, located in Delaware, United States of America.

Institutional contact: contact@dastudy.net. Further administrative details (precise address, registration) will be published in the legal notice once validated.

3. Acceptance of the terms

Using the service means accepting these terms in their current version. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Use of the service by a minor requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Registration requirements

Registration is free and requires a name, a valid email address and a password. Email verification is required to secure the account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Account management and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity on your account.

Notify us without delay at contact@dastudy.net in case of unauthorized access. We may suspend any compromised account or any account used in breach of these terms.

6. How courses work

Your first learning path is always free. Further paths require credits obtained through our packs (1, 3 or 5 paths). One credit unlocks one full course.

Your progress is saved automatically. Already opened chapters stay available with an unstable connection; the tutor, payments and assisted assessments require a connection.

7. Use of artificial intelligence

Paths, Tsaf tutor explanations and some corrections are produced by artificial intelligence systems: their content may contain errors.

Double-check important information. AI replaces neither a diploma, nor professional advice, and guarantees no learning or employment outcome.

8. User obligations

You agree to use the service fairly: no intrusion attempts, mass extraction, payment circumvention, assessment cheating, nor any unlawful, offensive or rights-infringing content.

Any abusive automated use (scraping, spam, attacks) leads to account suspension.

9. Intellectual property

Dastudy learning content, illustrations, texts, logos and software are protected. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for learning.

Your own productions (answers, CVs, messages) remain your property; you authorize us to process them only to provide the requested service.

10. Paid products and pricing

Applicable prices are those displayed at purchase time in your space. Dastudy works with path credits, with no monthly subscription.

Prices may change; your already acquired credits remain usable under the conditions shown at purchase.

11. Payments and purchase confirmation

Payments are processed by our providers (mobile payment and bank card depending on your country). Dastudy records each purchase's reference, amount and status, available in your history.

A purchase is credited only after provider confirmation. For a charged but uncredited payment, contact support with the reference, amount and time of the transaction.

Refund policy: being defined. Any request is reviewed case by case via contact@dastudy.net until it is published.

12. Certificates

The international course completion certificate is issued after full path validation (chapters, quizzes and exercises). It carries a unique ID verifiable online, including via QR code.

The certificate certifies skills acquired during training: it is neither a state diploma nor an employment guarantee.

13. CV and career analysis tools

CV generation and import as well as offer analysis help you showcase your skills. The displayed score measures match with detected criteria, never a hiring probability.

You remain solely responsible for your CV content and your applications.

14. Service availability

We aim for maximum availability, with no uninterrupted guarantee: maintenance, updates and incidents may temporarily limit access.

Your learning data is stored with care; we recommend downloading your certificates and important documents.

15. Limitations and liability

Dastudy guarantees neither employment, nor income level, nor success in an exam or competition.

Within the limits allowed by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the service concerned.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion via the Contact page.

We may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these terms, fraud or abuse, after informing you when possible.

17. Changes to the terms

These terms may evolve with the service. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.

For any substantial change, we will inform you through a visible means before it applies.
