1. Service operator

The Dastudy service is operated by Digitsaf LLC, located in Delaware, United States of America.

2. Categories of collected data

We only collect data needed for the service: account and profile data, training goals and assessments, learning progress, tutor exchanges, CVs and analysed offers, purchase information, technical logs and device preferences.

We never collect your passwords in plain text: only secure hashes are stored.

3. Account and profile data

Name, email address, encrypted password, photo and optional presentation. Your email secures the account (verification, reset) and lets us write to you when needed.

4. Training goals and assessments

Your professional goal, stated level, availability and assessment answers are only used to build and adjust your paths.

5. Learning progress

Viewed chapters, quiz and exercise answers, scores and validated skills: this data feeds your tracking, your certificates and your generated CVs.

6. Tsaf and AI service interactions

Your tutor conversations are processed to generate its answers, through our configured AI infrastructure. Exchanges needed for the service may transit through our AI provider.

Never share passwords, full banking details or information you do not want processed there.

7. CVs and job offers

CVs you generate or import and offers you analyse are exclusively used to render these services. They are neither resold, nor published, nor used to prospect third parties.

8. Payments and related data

Payments are processed by our providers (mobile payment, bank card) depending on your country: your card numbers or validation codes do not transit through our servers beyond what the provider requires for the transaction.

We keep each purchase's reference, amount, currency and status for tracking, accounting and support.

9. Cookies, sessions and preferences

We use strictly necessary storage: session cookie to keep you signed in, language preference, theme choice and local app data (offline progress, drafts).

No advertising cookies. Clearing local data may sign out your session or erase unsynced drafts.

10. Audience measurement

We measure usage internally and sparingly (viewed pages, technical events) to improve the service. Critical events (payments, certifications) are never accepted from the browser without server-side checks.

Raw events are purged after 180 days maximum.

11. Services and providers

Depending on your usage and country, your strictly necessary data may be processed by: our infrastructure host, our AI provider, our payment providers (mobile payment, bank card) and our email delivery service.

We neither sell nor rent your personal data. No sharing for advertising purposes.

12. Storage and protection

Your data is hosted on protected infrastructure (restricted access, encrypted passwords, access logs). Exchanges with our servers use TLS encryption.

No system is infallible: should an incident affect your data, we will inform you in line with our obligations.

13. Retention periods

Data is kept as long as needed for the service: your account and progress while the account exists, measurement events 180 days maximum.

Deleting your account deletes your personal data, except for legal or accounting retention duties.

14. Rights and requests

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, as well as account deletion, by writing to contact@dastudy.net from your registered address.

We answer every request as soon as possible and may ask for proportionate identity verification.

15. International transfers

As the operating entity is based in the United States and some providers operate outside your country, your data may be transferred and processed abroad solely to provide the service.

These transfers are governed by our contracts with providers and limited to necessary data.

16. Children's data

The service is not meant to be used alone by young children: use by a minor requires the consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian.

A parent may request deletion of a minor's data at contact@dastudy.net.

17. Changes

This policy may evolve with the service. The current version is published on this page with its update date, and any substantial change will be visibly announced.
